Mr. Anderson and his assistant were very professional. He asked for my budget up front, drew up a contract for the remodeling I wanted done, and didn’t do anything without showing or telling me what needed to be done. They did everything I asked them to do. Were honest and very professional. They even worked during the ice storm. They cleaned up everything after the job was done. We contracted with Anderson’s Remodeling to demo/carry off an old deck and build a new deck. The demo/carry off went well, except for the dry rot found in the band board of the home. Mr. Kent and his crew repaired the damage and constructed it the way it should have been done when the home was built in 1981. The new deck is a Cantilever design with it being built on four concrete piers and no wood touching the ground. The finished deck is great to look at and solid as a tank.
